Domestic Shipping

We process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days after order placement. Please select desired shipping method at checkout. A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be provided once your order is processed.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time. Please subscribe to our newsletter for future updates.

Refunds & Exchanges

In the rare event you are unhappy with your Sophie Rose Candle Co. purchase, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@srcandleco.com.

We are currently unable to offer returns/refunds. Our handmade products are meticulously inspected before shipping and we do our best to vividly describe each product in the description so that you may choose the fragrance most appeasing to you. We will happily exchange your unused product with a product of equal size and value within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required (e.g. your Sophie Rose order number and/or order confirmation email). The product must be very carefully packaged in the original packing material so it will not be damaged during transit back to us. Items that are damaged during transit due to improper packaging will not be eligible for an exchange. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that exchanges exclude items that were on sale or discontinued.

For products damaged during shipping to you, please email a photo of the unused product and order number to hello@srcandleco.com within 3 days of delivery. You will receive a replacement or refund once the claim is approved. Please note that refunds do not cover shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure that you are able to immediately retrieve your package as soon as it is delivered or that it is shipped to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. However, we are more than willing to assist if after contacting the carrier does not result in a resolution. Please email your order number and concern to hello@srcandleco.com
