Refunds & Exchanges
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your Sophie Rose Candle Co. purchase, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are currently unable to offer returns/refunds. Our handmade products are meticulously inspected before shipping and we do our best to vividly describe each product in the description so that you may choose the fragrance most appeasing to you. We will happily exchange your unused product with a product of equal size and value within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required (e.g. your Sophie Rose order number and/or order confirmation email). The product must be very carefully packaged in the original packing material so it will not be damaged during transit back to us. Items that are damaged during transit due to improper packaging will not be eligible for an exchange. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that exchanges exclude items that were on sale or discontinued.
For products damaged during shipping to you, please email a photo of the unused product and order number to email@example.com within 3 days of delivery. You will receive a replacement or refund once the claim is approved. Please note that refunds do not cover shipping costs.
